• One human portrait included

• Moderate fantasy / decorative elements

• Full custom composition

$400–$500+

Includes:

• sizing options 8x8in, 8x10in, 9x12in, 12x12in 

• 7+ subjects

• Complex layouts where everything interacts in the same space

• Multiple fantasy elements

• Emotional or narrative concepts such as birthday scenes, memorials, family stories, or favorite worlds

• Heavy painting + assembly time

A Large / Storytelling Collage is my most detailed custom option. These pieces go beyond simple portraits and become a full illustrated scene, designed to tell your story.

Instead of placing subjects side by side, I design these like miniature storybook moments, arranging everything thoughtfully so the piece feels connected, magical, and intentional.

Because of this, Large Collages involve:

• More planning and composition design

• Many individual paintings (each subject is painted separately)

• Extra cutting and assembly

• More detailing and refinement

• Significantly more overall time and planning

These pieces typically fall in the $400–500+ range and use the full 10–12 week turnaround due to their complexity. (Extra time may be needed depending on complexity)

• Additional subjects (pets / people / fantasy characters): +$40 each

• Extra human portraits: +$50

♡ What counts as a subject?

Each cutout (pet, person, character, or main item) counts as one subject.

Background elements like stars, flowers, mushrooms, clouds, sparkles, color washes, and small accent details are included.

 If it’s a cutout — it’s a subject.

 

♡ Turnaround + Process

Turnaround is approximately 10–12 weeks.

Your collage is created in stages:

• Planning & layout, we finalize your subjects and composition (Please request any changes at this stage)

• Hand-painting each subject individually

• Assembly, detailing, and finishing

• Final preview of the full finished collage before shipping

♡ Progress previews will be shared at key stages

♡ I work on one commission at a time so each piece receives my full creative focus. Commission slots are limited to 1 at a time.

 

 

♡ All revision requests must be made during the sketch stage. Minor color adjustments may be requested after painting, but major changes are not possible once painting has begun.

After painting is complete, I’ll send a final preview before shipping.

 

♡ After Purchase, Please Send Within 48 Hours

• Number of subjects (pets / people / characters)

• What they are (example: 2 dogs + 1 person)

• Your general idea or theme

• Any reference photos

• A selfie if a human portrait is included

• Your Instagram/Email/Twitter handle (if you’d like updates there — please include your @ in the order notes)

• Cutouts are held with Fun Tak to allow movement if the client wishes. Please frame your collage to keep all elements secure.

• Artwork is created with watercolor & gouache on high-quality 100% cotton cold-pressed paper.

• Complimentary U.S. shipping included.

• These artworks are for personal use only and remain copyrighted to me.

By purchasing a custom collage commission, you agree to the following terms:

Full payment is required upfront to reserve your commission slot and begin work. Payment plan options will be available at checkout through shoppay and PayPal. 

Because each piece is custom and created specifically for you, payments are non-refundable.

♡ Additional subjects or major changes requested after sketch approval may incur additional fees.

♡ Shipping

Complimentary shipping is included in this US. Out of country shipping quotes are available through email.

Your collage will be carefully packaged in an acid free sleeve and shipped in a cardboard box.

All artwork remains copyrighted by me and is for personal use only.

Reproduction, resale, or commercial use is not permitted without written permission.

Custom artwork is a collaborative process, and clear communication helps everything run smoothly. Please provide all requested reference photos and details promptly to avoid delays.
